Ever change resorts while at resort

If I am unhappy with PC when I get there, will they allow me to change to a mod resort? Our entire stay is booked at PC and I don't think I am going to be happy there, but want to give it a try. I may just like it fine. Have never stayed at an All Star before.

On our last trip we were unhappy with our resort (CSR) and asked to switch. The manager stated she would happy to help us switch. The problem we ran into however, was that it was a holiday week and there were only 3 nights (out of 7) that were available in ALL OF WDW!!

So, while we didn't get to move I do think it can be done.

It would depend on availabitily of rooms at the other Resorts....your timer indicates you are going in late January?
I'm sure Disney would try and do all that they could to assist you,
if you just had to move.

On our trip in May. We too were unhappy at CSR. lucky for us we called CRO, and were able to switch over to AKL. and we even were able to secure a passholder rate. We were paid in full at CSR, So they simply transfered the funds electronically over to AKL.

Our last trip we were supposed to stay at the CSR for 3 nights before checking into the YC but we ran into some problems so we ended up switching.

After coming back to our room at the CSR on check in day we discovered that our building and 1/2 of the CSR was over run with a HUGE youth group. It was really crazy, tons of teenagers running wild, screaming yelling, having a grand time-lol. So, we decided to switch to another resort; we ended up at the CR instead and even got an AP rate too, they just transferred the money we paid over to the CR.
