Evening EMH experience anyone?

We will be at WDW from 11/27/06 thru 12/4.

We are considering going to the evening EMH for both MGM & AK.

Anyone have experience with these? How crowded will they be? Or is it better just to stay away from parks with EMH's to avoid crowds.

We've never experienced an EMH evening at the AK but we did one at MGM last trip and really enjoyed it. The park was a bit crowded early in the evening but the later it got the more the crowd thinned out.

If you have park hoppers, I say go and check the EMH out. If it's WAY too busy to have any fun, head out. That way, you haven't really lost anything, since it's generally not time you would have spent at another park anyway.

We went to the evening EMH at AK and loved it. Even at the very beginning of the EMH there was only a 15 min wait for EE! I also loved having the chance to see AK at dusk, with all the little lights glowing. It's a beautiful park.

I love EMH at AK (but then, I love AK!). There's hardly anyone there. As an example, one time I went into the restroom, and from the time I walked in from outside 'til I left, no one else came in. It was kind of a wierd feeling.
I'm afraid my experience at MGM was just the opposite-very crowded!

It was so not crowded at night time EMH that we had to wait at Tower of Terror to board the elevator until another family came because they didn't want us to get on by ourselves. Another family came in about five minutes. It took more time to walk through the que than we spent actually waiting.

I don't think I've ever been to EMH at AK, so I can't really comment on that.
