during the days at the parks, my plans are simple, top, shorts, flipflops.
In the evenings away from the parks-DTD, Citywalk, Boardwalk, nicer
dinners (YCSH, Narcoosees) I would like to look a LITTLE more cleaned-up!
what do you girls do? How about you guys too? Gotta make sure DH :smooth: is set up too :goodvibes

I usually just wear jeans and a nicer tank top or short sleeved shirt to DTD, maybe with nicer shoes than my sneakers. I don't get really dressed up though. My SO usually just wears jeans and a button down shirt.

In the parks, we're more likely to wear t shirts and jeans and I have my hair pulled back.

I'd say "resort wear". For you a cute sundress and sandals, or capris and a cute top - for DH khaki's and a polo type shirt.

that's what I had in my head--thanks for the input! :goodvibes

DTD is the same dress as the parks, generally. Lots of people put on their club attire, but park clothes are fine. I personally, love to dress up a little more for PI. You don't have to, but I like to. You see everything there.
Have a great time! :cool2:

thanks for all the tips! I was also thinking about those cute cotton short
(but no toooo short) dresses-comfortable and cute on balmy nights.
maybe a denim mini (again not toooo mini!) skirt with a cute tee. If my
feet aren't killing me by then, I have some leather sandals with a higher
(2 1/2" at the highest point) black rubberish wedgie sole. Super comfy
cuz I've had them for a couple summers. DH :smooth: also likes his
low key, not too bright tropical type short sleeve shirts, wears them
all the time to work with khaki pants. I think I'll start a preliminary
packing (shopping!) list.... :teeth:

Sounds just fine. But like skroops said, you'll see just about everything by way of dress, including plenty of shorts and t's.

i usually wear skirts or nice capris with a nice top. and shoes i would never attempt the parks in! :rotfl:

Bugsy~ I know what you mean! I need that little extra after spending all day in the parks. For those of you who know me, I am VERY simple and easy-going when out in the parks. I mean, hair in pig-tails, throw on a shirt and pick out some capris! Where normally (back here at home) I take time every morning to get ready (hair straightening/curling, makeup, dressing, ect). I feel it is a vaction and I definitely LOOK like I am on one! But I do need that little dressing up during the trip to make it feel even more special.

DH usually will wear a polo and his khaki cargo shorts. I dress up a little more than he does...but that is ALWAYS the case ;)
