Even more cutbacks, automated camaras, prices go up.. who is is fed up?

Is it just me.. or is anyone else getting fed up and dissapointed?

The park cutbacks keep on going.
Now we are held to idiotic automated photopass pics.
Prices keep going up...

This is too much.
This is what happens when you need to answer to the stock holders
 
I was wholly unimpressed with the automated camera at the Tink meet.
 

Recommend everyone use their voice whether via phone or email regarding disappointment. I believe they got the message when complains poured in about the change to Casey’s corn dogs:).
 
The automated cameras are just a way for them to force you into Memory maker. Less cast members to just take your phone and get you pictures. :C
 
There's no way memory maker is worth the price with pictures being taken by a box!

The characters especially the ones with heads will still need a handler anyway so there is still someone in the room to take photos with your phone.
 
Make your voice heard! Send them an email. When they become inundated with emails and calls, they may make change.

Oh thank goodness though those street shots won't work if they automate. Memory maker just isn't worth it for the two of us going as a couple, especially with automated boxes! Also very sad about the muppets history show.

Automated cameras???? I've been away from the Boards for a week or so to have time to prep for our trip this week so this is the first I'm hearing about it. I'll start researching but I think I'm not going to be thrilled with having just added MMaker, which is something we generally never add.

My Name is Verlenia Hall. I am just an ordinary visitor to your theme parks.

HOWEVER

I purchase your Memory Maker Package for the WONDERFUL photos that the PhotoPass Photographers take.

I have come to understand that 2 locations (with more on the sa) are moving to a "box camera" instead of a personal service.

There is NO WAY that a BOX can get those personalized memories - tey can't zoom in on a awe-struck child who is meeting Mickey for the first time (dont EVEN get me started on the fact you took away "Talking Mickey")

I am in MULTIPLE groups about Disney - and it's all the same thing - "I'm CANCELLING my Memory Maker Package because of this - I will just have photos taken with my phone."

On a PERSONAL Level?? You lost a potential Annual Passholder in myself and my husband - JUST due to this fact!

You think you are "cutting costs" - what you are doing is cutting your own throat.

How long before you realize that its the PERSONAL TOUCH that brings people back to Disney??

Now - I get it - you aren't going to see much of a drop in purhcases right away - MAYBE not even in the next several months - but if people continue to decline the Memory Maker Package, they stop USING the photopass photographers, what good did it do you in the end? Are you TRYING to get rid of the positions?? Is there an end game to this that we all haven't realized yet?


However upset I am over this, I AM looking forward to my upcoming trip in December.

Hopefully - there won't be more Photo Changes between now and then - after all - I can STILL make changes up to 30 days prior to my trip.....I can always use an extra 200 in my pocket
