For all that have an annual pass discount for a fall trip you may want to check out the new Fall Magic your way special. I had a total of about $340 off rack rate at Pop for two rooms from Oct 31st - Nov 9th with the AP. My discount with the Fall Magic special took off another $350. I am now getting 2 rooms, 2 adults 2 juniors, and 1 infant at Pop, 9 nights for a total of $1335 and this includes 4 one day passes that we can use in the future. Hope it helps someone.

What is Fall Magic Donna? How can I get more information about this?

This is the general public code everyone has been talking about. I used the Disney.com site to book it, it seems like the phone reservations have different inventory. If you go to the parks part of the site there are Highlights with three boxes on the right side, the bottom one said Disney vacation discounts and other featured offers, when you press the link it is the first special there. Then you book with the Discount details link at the bottom. If you need two rooms you have to go back to this discount link for the second one to be discounted.
Good Luck, Donna

I forgot to mention that while making the reservation you need to change the option for tickets to one basic, it automatically puts on the full days of your trip with hopping and water parks and more.

I am glad you posted this...

How do the tickets work "in the future" however?

I asked the reservationist if I booked the package with one ticket, could we use it on another trip and he said NO :confused3

As long as you don't use a ticket it has no expiration date. Either the CM was misinformed or misunderstood the question. Many with an AP book the free dining and purchase the one day admission to use the ticket towards renewals.

So why do they sell the tickets that have "no expiration" option? I am SOOO Confused!

And, when you purchase a package, do they give you your ticket on your room key? So you just save the room keys?

sorry to be so clueless!

If it's a 1day ticket, on your KTTW card, and you never slide it through the turnstile, it can be used at any time in the future. The "no expiration date" ticket that you purchase, refers to the multi-day tickets that must be used within a certain time frame or they expire (14 days from first use, if I remember correctly).

So, if you are annual passholders, and you just use your ap to get into the park, the ticket on the kttw card can be used at any other time in the future, given to others to use (i've confirmed this with cm) or used towards ap renewal (have done this twice already).

I've had experience with this because as AP's we've ended up with single day passes when we've taken advantage of free dining and you had to buy 1day tickets to receive free DDP.
