Evelyn at Universal AP dept. is a hoot!

I had to call Evelyn to verify the spelling for my AP delivery. She was quite a hoot! She made me feel like I was the most important AP holder at Universal. She had a Mardi Gras attitude and really takes pleasure in her job.

I think I will need to write another compliment letter!

I agree with the friendliness and great attitude of the reps answering the phone for Universal. I've made several calls and everyone has been FANTASTIC!!
