Last year we had breakfast ADR each morning and were able to rent my mom's ECV on way to 8am Ressie. This year we are not doing the breakfasts, but are doing rope drop. Will we be able to rent the EVC before park opening or not? It effects are timing to know whether to plan to send a runner for FP for headliner or whether we can head right there and do standby, as is our hopes.
The stroller/wheelchair/ECV rental locations are open as soon as the first Guests are admitted to the park. This takes into consideration both morning EMH and pre-opening dining reservations.
So whether or not there is a rope drop, you can go to Rental as soon as you are inside the turnstiles.
