Air France are bad for that too! My 2 year old was apart from us, sitting next to a frightened french guy!!:rotfl: I talked loud enough though about how ridicules it was..and it got sorted!!

Just edited to say that I wasn't talking loud enough to get chucked off!! Just incase you thought I was a yob!!LOL

oh dear! how awful! a 2 yr old!

I know poor french guy looked terrified!;):rotfl:

I think if you say to folk most of them will move for you:) ..I know that air France told us if there was seats left empty we could use these after everyone was on but as it was the plane was full...but a few mins of musical chairs later we were sorted. What I couldn't work out was the fact we booked in early so it wasn't like we were late and got whatever seats were left, quite strange really??? This has happened all 3 times from CDG to EDN NOT the other way around??
Have you ever seen the size of the city jet that is so small that its quite intimadating? Its like a private jet? Full of business men and my brood? Flippin eck, wee Joshua crying because he wanted to put his own belt on but not doing it fast enough, then needing the toilet.....If looks could kill...I lost the will to live at one point!!:rotfl: I kinda wanted to stand up and shout...yes hes a toddler get over it!! Oooh happy days!!:rotfl:

Anyway don't know why I mentioned that!! I'm away for a cuppa!!

:thumbsup2

Oh my god, :scared1: :scared1: how bad is that. We travel with Air France on Monday from Heathrow. Hope they don't sit myself and my 13year old apart. She would not be amused. !!!! :sad2: :sad2:

Hi Poppyolivia,

Just out of interest, how long is your plane journey from Edinburgh to CDG? I've been looking on the Easyjet website, and it appears to show flights as being around 2 hours long! That can't be right, surely? When we fly from East Mids, its only an hour.

They say it will take 2 hrs (told us that too) but its usually 1 and a half hours..give or take 5 mins!...Thats long enough for me with Super Pooper sitting beside me, he a really good kid really;) ...people ask why I don't go to Florida....erm make the flight an hr and I'll be there!!:rotfl: Mind you need a lottery win too!;)

I like it when my husband has the 2 kids and they put me by myself...:rotfl: We always change over though...think I'd be divorced otherwise and he pays for my hols so he's worth keeping!!;)

Did you book your Eurostar through Disney? We booked the whole package but we have not been given any seat numbers. We were told that we have to check in at the Disney desk at StPancras, but now I am worried that we will not get seated together, as we have two toddlers (aged 2 & 3)that do not have seats allocated so we will need to share out having them on our knees. Will they just allocate our seats at check in & if so, is it better to get there earlier to ensure that we get sat together?

i'd suggest calling again first maybe someone else will give you a different answer, or if not get there extra early to allow tmie to sort things out just in case. I hope it works out for you!

we had seats not together on our outbound on eurostar 2 weeks ago when i phoned disney ( booked a package) i was told to speak to train manager, as it was the family who also sat next to us and we shared seats had been told the same so we just swapped between the 8 of us so we were sat together.:)

oh that worked out well for you, I'm hoping that our fellow passengers will kindly oblige us also!
