European Cruise - Out of Dover England 7-10-15

I am excited to go on the Disney Magic on July 10th for 12 days of fun! I booked the ship within a month of when the itinerary was out and they were almost sold out. Unbelievable demand.

Since the ship will be at full capacity, I plan to book my port excursions early. I've never been to any of the ports the ship is stopping in. Can anyone recommend port excursions for any of the cities they stop?

Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Russia for 2 nights and Estonia.

Recommendations?
