The prices on the ABD website don't include airfare.

If you wait until the new trips come out for the 2015 season the price will be less than what you are seeing. Probably about a $1000 or so .

That might be the case, but if the past is any indication, ABD typically raises their prices by 10% or more every year. For example, the 2013 Peru itinerary original price was $3439 and for 2014 it was $3839. The initial 2013 price for Scotland was $4999. For 2014 it $5799. There have been significant increases in the price each year since we took our first ABD in 2008.
