Not much of a chat here, I blame it on Facebook

Tomorrow sails the first ever DCL 7 Night Mediterranean Cruise, and I wish them a very nice vacation, but will keep an eye open to see their comments just to be prepared for any Heads Up.

Today I realized that I had not been in DCL web page in almost two weeks; that is a first time in over a 18 months that I've been planning this particular cruise. The truth is that todays visit lasted a few minutes; I guess I'm ready to sail and no more planning needed.

Although I keep my eye on the Fantasy Dec 2012 NYE Cruise which it's what I'm rebooking on board to start it all over again, hoping it never ends

Our flight to Madrid is in 12 days, that's 1 1/2 weeks.

What happened to all thouse new peeps that came by in the last month ?

Anyway, see you all very soon now oh, and the ship in my ticker is touching the Sun, that means it's vacation time

Wow and inverted woW

Must say today we went to celebrate with our family and extended family to say good by and to give them contact and details of our wanderfull vacation. We spent the day at our Country Club and had a blast. A bit too much I must say.

Did it this weekend b/c I'm sure next weekend is going to be really crazy. I gave them all the info necessary to contact Us but with the high note of "Call unless extremelly necesary and we are part of the solution".

Really, it's not a drastic meassure, you don't know our family how overwelming they can be. Guess I just have to love them.

Anyway, we started packing and YES, there is not enough room, and YES we want to by somethings over there but there is not enough room, period. I blame on the shoes my girls are bringing.

I keep telling them, bring confortable shoes and they tell me to Go to H...

One thing I did make clear that I'm not paying over weigh to the airlines. I'm such a fool; it's happened before and it will happen again. :

Really Ladies, what's the deal with the shoes ?

As I mentioned before, cheeres came and went this afternoon and it took me like an hour to write this post, I'm still blaming the shoes !

No facebook posts this afternoon and wish someone gets Mel her totebag from the Disney Store, just remember you will get one as a Silver Castaway Memeber. Maybe Bats will get a bigger one as our Gold Castaway Member (No Punch line intended here) and she might be willing to sell/trade/keep/give away/etc.

Soon, we will be in the same time zone

7:30 pm here, so there is still time for another drink, or two.... Just training for future Olympics.

Just received this reply from DCL:

For the Mediterranean sailings out of Barcelona, the drinking age will be modified to allow guests aged 18 and older to consume alcoholic beverages; however, the parent or legal guardian who is sailing with a guest aged 18 - 20 will need to complete a European Cruise Beverage Waiver in order for the 18 - 20 year old to consume alcoholic beverages while onboard.

Hi There, Just browsing and stumbled into this! I can't believe it's been here this whole time. Are you all really going to be on the same cruise leaving Barcelona on the 20th!?

I've been down the cruisecritic.. or cruisemeets route and to my surprise.. nothing. For a late night internet search, I'm surprised!!

Super excited to go we leave in 10 days!!

Btw-- if this is real (please pinch me).. will anyone as last minute as myself have any idea about excursions!? I'm lost and haven't booked a thing. The disney site gives some information, but no details as to how long we will be at sites (esp Rome).

Are you coming over to the DIBB, we are on part 4 of our meet thread, soon to start on part 5, loads of info on our facebook page too, which the Mel, Vron and co have done. Manny must still be packing shoes for his girls. I'm sure someone said there were over 90 of us on our meet. Its in the promanade lounge 20/08/11 at 3pm, bring the kids too if you have any.
