ETPE at Epcot

We are wanting to do only the World Showcase on May 6th. Epcot has ETPE (8am) that day with regular opening time at 8:30am. My question is will everything be open in the World Showcase, quick service, shops, etc? I can't seem to find info on whether or not the pavilions open early as well. IF they open later, I need to change may plans.

I didn’t think they would be but I just looked on the app and many of the stores opened at 8:30 today so I’m guessing yes they would be.

The rides are open for sure. Remy, Frozen, Caballeros. I didn't pay much attention to all the booths because some of them don't open that early anyway. The stores were open.

Extending evening hours definitely everything closed but a few snack carts.

I was there last Friday and most places were still closed. ETPE was 8am, open at 8:30a. We arrived at 8:40a to ride Remy (France gift shop was open and I also believe Le Halle was open by 9-and Frozen (Norway shop open) which we were able to but most stores/shops had not yet opened. Only La Isla Fresca food booth was open for F&G booths. For WS- here's what we noticed as open- Kringla Bakery, Mexico pavilion, Germany stores open. We didn't get into Canada and the UK until after 11am and by then all was open. You can still walk through the pavilions and enjoy an empty epcot too which is really nice.
