Yeah! 
I finally got into etour and collected my home depot. I was kinda worried for a while. I selected the home depot $10, verified my info, clicked submit, and its still timing. But I just got an email confirmation from etour saying i should receive my cert in 6-8 weeks. (Kind of a long wait, don't ya' think?)
This was my third attempt! Missed one week, had to update my info and it sent me to a strange screen and couldn't get back in, then I was away and now I win! YEah! Hope evryone else had good luck!
