I know this has been discussed before, but I am wondering . . . we are having our intimate VR at the Swan and in our package we get 2 hours of photography which will be from 7:00 p.m. till 9:00 p.m. We also have our videographer from that time too. The ceremony is at 7:30 and our reception/dinner starts at 8:00. We may or may not be eating by the time pics and video is finished, so should we order plates for them? I know Disney has something like sandwiches which you can get for them, but as far as I know, the Swan doesn't have that option. And since our plates are pretty pricey, I don't want to include them in the head count if they are not there at dinner. Any help? Thanks!

Since you are going to have them for such a short period of time, I dont think it would be necessary to feed them. You should double check their contract and see if they require to be fed, but I imagine since you will only have them there for 2 hours that it won't be necessary. I think its more important to feed them when they will be with you all day.
