Estimating Fireworks & Park Hours for February 2017 (especially Animal Kingdom)

I'm assuming the best way to predict what park hours and fireworks times will be for this coming February will be to look at previous years' times. Is this the best strategy?

This doesn't quite work for Animal Kingdom. Any idea what to expect there? (We're arriving on President's Day, Feb. 19-27)
