Esta....help advice missing child...?

I finally got round to updating my Esta applications, all of our was great all updates, Alex got a new one *** of his new passport but when i put in Jacks details ( i dont have the numbers was using the passport look up bit)
It says no Application found.......?? we all had them at the same time, i dont know why it says this.....he wouldnt have gotten in at christmas without one? , ive double checked all details over but cant figure it out.

I emailed them but am waiting a reply....should i just do a new one?, or will this causee a problem?

You're right that he wouldn't have got in without it at Christmas.
You can do a new one no problem - it will just over ride the old one.
When it was free I would have done this without thinking about it - but as you now have to pay it might be worth persuing this a little further, or at the very least waiting for a reply to your email.

Last year in the disney terminal in barcelona I had this exact problem, I can tell you it was NOT good, I even had the number but disney wanted a print out before I could board the transatlantic cruise, I can tell you it was horrible.

I had to re do mine and even then It said there was one in the system but I had to ignore it and get another, the disney person says it can happen and to keep trying as I would not be able to board otherwise, I finally gave in and done it again.
The rest of my faimilies were fine just mine.
It was the most stress Ive ever had travelling.
Now I always carry the printout even though its not needed.

I do have all the print outs in my holiday folder, i had the old ones too but still cant find it online !!
Ill wait and see what they say...no reply yet.
If not i guess ill pay and do a new one....annoying though! x
