ESTA Forms - Return Visit

I used these forms for the first time in December to go to Vegas, and it all went through OK. Now we are going back to the States in May . . . I know the forms are valid for a couple of years from when they first get authorised, but do I have to go back onto the form somehow and enter my new travel dates and destination? Has anyone done this yet, and how do you do it?!

We've just done ours. Went back to the ESTA site and chose 'update details' side of the page rather than the 'new entry' side. We then updated (I think!) flight number and destination, but I failed to find anywhere to change the dates, so didn't.

The hardest part was finding and inputting the original reference number!

We need the reference number?!?!!?

If you haven't got the reference number just do a new application and it will over-write your existing one.
