ESTA Forms/API Forms ????????

Hiya All.

Just wondering if someone is able to clear something up for me please.

When we travelled to Florida this past October we filled out the API form on line with Virgin, and still filled out the White forms and I think a Green form at the airport. I think you used to get these on the aeroplane but Virgin said they never had any as they are now kept at Immigration

My question is, do you still need to fill out these forms in the airport or should the API form do the job?

Also, if the forms are still required is there any chance of getting them before you travel so that your not rushing at the airport to get to the Magic

Ok the ESTA is due to replace those green forms that you get but since Jan you have to fill out the ESTA and the green form.
www.estauk.com has all the info you need to fill those out. They are valid for two years unless your passport runs out before the two years are up.

API is to be filled in for all flights and you can find that normally in the My booking/manage my booking etc area of the company you have booked with.

You can fill out all the forms for each person in your group and you need to have the details of where you are staying, airline info such as flight numbers etc, passport details etc.

All they are asking for is the same as the green form. You get either apporoved right away or it can take 72 hours. You can print the forms off although some people just take the number. Make sure that you note down all the individual numbers as otherwise you have to fill out another form.

They only take ten minutes to do and if you end up on a site that tells you to pay for them or for a guide DO NOT THEY ARE FREE.

Not sure that is the correct site you have quoted. It looks more like one of the scam sites trying to get you to pay for what is a free service when done directly with the US authorities on https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov/

Must have been a bit early in the moring for me.

I used the site you are quoting so no idea why i put that one down. Must be going nuts.
