ESPN to Disney Springs?

We are normally pretty comfortable using Disney transportation to travel between the resorts and the parks, but this next trip has a twist added to it. My daughter's special abilities cheer leading team will be competing at ESPN. I know we can get a bus between our resort and ESPN, but can we go directly from ESPN to Disney Springs? My daughter wants gluten free fish and chips from Cookes of Dublin and we're hoping to grab dinner for her there after she competes.

I don't think you can using Disney Transportation. I would uber to DS, then you can bus back to your resort.
