OMG - I had not even thought about their race!! I was (and am) upset that the entire team was mad eup of guys that get paid millions of dollars to "play" a sport and they finish only 3rd best in the world. Sure other teams had well paid NBA stars - but their whole team wasn't comprised of them.

Too many to-good-for-their-own-sport-selfish-overpaid NBA players passed on the chance to play for their country (Shaq, Kidd, Kobe - oh wait he was defending the rape charge after cheating on his wife - that's right he couldn't go...

Whatever. I love sports - all sports but think the attitude of the NBA is the worst. Where are the future Jordans, Magics, Birds...

That's what sickened me about Team USA - not the collective make-up based on the color of their skin. Call me a racist - sure if over-paid spoiled NBA stars are now classified as their own race.

I was pretty shocked at the article also what a load of crap if anyone had anything to be upset about it would have been the attitudes of the players that did play and some that didn't not the colour of their skin. To think this guy is employed by ESPN which is a prominent fixture at WDW to bad really.

I agree - I think the author wrote this simply to seek the national attention he is now getting. Sad that he thinks everyone is this way. Someone should put him in his place... if it were a newspaper or magazine article that place would be the trashcan. Kinda hard to put internet articles anywhere, but I digress...
