I was just wondering, is there any meet and greet or special event in which you can meet Esmerelda from the Hunchback of Notre Dame?

The movie gets so overlooked!!

Kenny the Pirate's website is the best source for character appearances and meet & greets. Unfortunately he lists Esmeralda as not likely to be in the park.

Esmeralda doesn't have a M&G at WDW

Last time I met her was in 2007. She hasn't been out since then unfortunately

Last time I saw Esmeralda was in early 2000s. She used to be in Magic Kingdom but I don't think there is a M&G with her anymore.
