That episode was so good. I can't believe how dramatic this season has been. I can't wait to see how the rest pans out. I am really enjoying this season. The show continues to suprise me every week.

The main thing that bugs me about this episode (not that there were many, but...) is that we will have to wait several weeks to find out the end results since it willl be late Dec or early Jan before new episodes air.

So...did Romano survive or did he get smushed by the helo???

I think Romano pretty much got squished. Maybe that's how they're writing him off since this is his last season.

Too bad... I kinda liked his as a bad guy.

I have always wanted them back together. I thought they made the best couple. Carter kind of always annoyed me. I hated the way that he always tried to kind of control her.

Was the woman Carter was with at the end Thandie Newton? It kind of looked like her. She was in Mission Impossible 2.

Yes, it is Thandie Newton. I like Luka and Abby. But Sam and Abby are very similar, IMO.

I love ER, watch it without fail and reruns too, but really, tonight they jumped the shark. Having the copter fall on Romano was just over the top. I thought there have been some good shows, but I think the nurse's kid is too pushy and they are trying to make Luka too edgy. He is making a lot of mistakes and foolish decisions that I can't see a real doc making. Chaining the guy to the wall?

Anyway, JMHO, but I think tonight they crossed the line.

Since a helicopter fell on his head I think it's safe to assume poor Romano's dead.

This was the first episode I've watched this year and I really enjoyed it with Carter gone, I wish he was the oone squished today. I even liked Abby today, she's a much more enjoyable character with Carter gone.

Was the woman Carter was with at the end Thandie Newton? It kind of looked like her. She was in Mission Impossible 2.

Thanks, it was bothering me about whether it was her or not. I watched it with my mom but she never watches movies so she would have no idea who Thandie Newton was. Is Thandie joining the show or is she just on for a few episodes?

Do you want a spoiler? I don't know for sure but considering the upcoming storyline I'd say she'll be around awhile.

I'll admit that I was kinda surprised that Romono is gone....I wasn't aware that this is his last season. Is it true that next season is THE last seasone for the show?

Yes, it's true! Romano got fired/killed. Saw an interview on an NBC news broadcast. He wished the rest of the crew "good luck".

Glad he's gone. He was way over the top for me. I worked in a hospital for 7 yrs & even the "worst" MD's weren't as bad as him.

Haven't missed Carter.

Luka is kinda getting flaky.
