Only an hour and a half? Good question. If you are talking about Future World, then you may only have time for one ride, even if you use the singles line. You're best bet would be to ride TT using the singles line. Does M:S have a singles line? If so, use that too.
Thats ok. It is a line used by people who ride by themselves not with a group. If your group chooses to go on the singles line they split you up and you ride seperately but sometimes you can end up in the same car or ride thingy. We used it once or twice because we didn't want to wait on a very long stand by line and FP's were all out later in the night. It isn't that bad at all.
I believe that Epcot always closes pretty much the same time (maybe except for holidays).
Future World "officially" closes at 7pm but the big attractions like Test Track and Mission: Space stay open until 9pm.
World Showcase closes at 9pm.
Note that Fast Passes for Test Track run out pretty early in the day. If you really want to ride TT go first thing in the morning. Don't know if the same is true for Mission: Space.
With your limited time you will have to either get there early, FP if you are really lucky, or the single riders line as someone suggested earlier.
We were at Epcot this past Saturday. We arrived after 5 PM, and got fastpasses for M:S that were good a half hour later. Test Track also had fastpasses available. I wouldn't count on them being available, but on the date you are going, you might have a chance. Good luck!
