Epcot to MGM--best way?

Can you walk from Epcot to the Boardwalk and catch the boat to MGM?

If you're looking for the best way, I'd suggest the bus that runs between the two parks.

Yes, if you're up in the Future World part of the park, just go out front to the bus stops, and take the MGM Studios bus. If you're close to the International Gateway, and have 30+ minutes to burn, then catch the slow boat to, I mean catch the Friendship boat at the Epcot dock and just stay on until you get to the Studios. The boat will make 3 resort stops before heading to the Studios. You can't take the boat all the way to the Studios late at night after that park closes.

i don't think there is a bus..... i always take the boat. its relaxing, and sometimes the drivers r even humorous

There is definitely a bus. It runs from the front of EPCOT. If you are near the front of the park it is a much faster way to the Studios than the boat. If, however, you are in World Showcase it will be faster to take the boat. The boat routes now make full loops between the full parks. In the past you would have to exit the boat from EPCOT at the Yacht & Beach Clubs and then get a second boat to the Studios. Now you can get on a boat at EPCOT and ride all the way to the Studios. Keep in mind that you will have to make 3 stops along the way before getting to the Studios.

If in Future world, take the bus.

If in the World Showcase, you can take a boat or you can walk.

If you walk, exit EPCOT and follow the path towards the Boardwalk (Beach Club/Yacht Club on Right, Boardwalk on Left). Just follow the path, which will go around the Boardwalk Villas and it will take you directly to MGM.

If you walk at a decent pace, you will beat the boat most of the time.

The walk does talk between 20 and 30 minutes, however my times seem to be longer due to the beverage break at the ESPN club (but that may just be me ).
