We are staying off-site at the end of March with a large party. We plan on Ubering to the parks. One day, most of us are heading to Epcot, but our son and girlfriend are going to Magic Kingdom. If we share an Uber to Epcot, how can they get to Magic Kingdom if the monorail isn't running?

Bus
ETA: park to park transportation probably doesn’t start until closer to 2pm though (hopping time). So they may need to Uber there.

They probably could bus to Contemporary or Grand Floridian and then walk to MK. That would be the option I would plan. The buses from the park to the resorts might not be that quick early, but they probably will have some making the trip.

Also, keep in mind the capacity limits for Uber/Lyft because of Covid.
  • UberX and regular Lyft -- max is 3 riders. Nobody allowed in the front passenger seat, and all riders must be masked.
  • XL, both companies -- max is 5 riders, all masked and nobody in front seat.
You would most likely need two cars anyway, and might need 3 depending on the size of your party.
