Epcot Swap ( Final Details ) - finally !

Sorry for the delay ladies. Somehow I completely forgot about this !

Disney Park Swap – Part IV

Group A : #21 participants
Group B : #22 participants

Epcot – due November 22nd


Check the list to see how many per participant.

Please have your swap things sent out to me by November 22nd. Please put your DIS Board name on your items and your envelopes when mailing them to me. (This is important so that we know who did all the lovely work). Remember to include $3.85 for return postage, no need to send card board or a SASE, I am going to send them back out via priority mail envelopes which are made of cardboard. If you prefer you can pick up a label and flat rate stamp ($3.85) at the post office and send with your package. Your items should be in individual bags and than placed all together in a larger plastic bag, just incase of rain.

When packing your items you may want to put cardboard around it so it won't bend If you have further questions email me at witfour@hotmail.com

I will be sending my address out by email. Once all items have been sent to me I will swap them out.

Group B :The reason for the two groups is so that those who would like to can create and receive several elements from the same group. Ex. If you create a border in group 1, than you will create a matching piece in group 2. This is only an option, I will keep Group B open if at least one in each element is filled.

I looked in my stuff to try and do some extra of my Lil Mermaid (MGM swap) stuff for the gals who didn't get their packages, and all I had left was the paper....I'm sorry...

I have not started, but I did go to Epcot and checked out Norway for some ideas. I got one and I think I know what colors I am going to use.

I've gotten as far as a prototype - well most of one. So I have my idea down, now I just need to make them.

Mine are done! but wont be mailed until Monday (I *hate* the post office and will mail the Winter and Epcot swaps off at once and iI need to make one more star for that- loosing clear plastic is rather easy...)

Cyndi, I finally got to the post office today, they should get to you on Friday. I think I had the most fun on this swap, I really like the way my pieces came out, I just hope everyone else likes them too! Joyce

Just an update. ( And btt because the thread was buried ). I'm waiting for a few more packages to come in. Just wanted to remind the ladies who's packages have not arrived that I will be leaving on the 17th for vacation, so please get them to me as soon as possible so that I can organize and swap out before leaving for WDW. It usually takes me three days to get them all done, and the last few days before we leave I will be packing for our trip. Thanks everyone. I can't believe we are at the end. It has been so much fun, and I can't wait until our next one. Get ready Franne. You ladies are the best and I want to wish everyone a Happy Holiday.
