Epcot Showcase Passport

A year or two ago I found a DIS'er who had done designs for a make your own World Showcase Passport. I have lost the file and need another for our next trip. Does anyone have any designs?

Wow - I am so impressed by these Epcot passports! Great job!!! It looks totally professional. I would love to create one of these for my 5 year old. Can I print these directly from photobucket? Sorry - I have never used it before, and I didn't want to do anything that was "stealing." Also, I couldn't find the directions. Thanks again!
