Epcot Restaurants?

What is the latest you can book a PS at the Epcot restaurants? Can you continue to eat during the Illuminations show?

I was told that 8:45pm was the latest at Le Cellier, so I'm assuming that it's the same everywhere due to park closing times, etc. Well, that was also in January. The hours may be adjusted during the Summer months since the parks are open later.
