Hello all,

I am looking into booking an ADR at Epcot. We would be eating later in the day this day, so I am wondering, are there any places you can eat while watching Illuminations? We weren't planning on watching, but if it's while we are dining then why not?

We typically make reservations at Rose & Crown Dining room for between 7:55 pm-8:05 pm. This allows us to eat and be getting our desserts right around Illuminations starts. We have also done this with Spice Road Table (ask for outdoor seating at check-in for both). Both are amazing views of Illuminations plus you can make it into your own little dessert party and/or order a beverage and watch from a table that is less crowded.

Agree with PP, these two eateries have really nice views of Illuminations. It seems like Spice Road Table is less crowded.

I've done Rose and Crown and book a bit earlier than most- like 7:15. I think it gives me a better chance at a patio table. I let them know I would like a table for fireworks viewing and that I'm happy to wait. Never had a problem. Then we have a leisurely meal with lots of drinks. The view from there is perfect.

Our go to play is an 7:45 or 8:15 reservation at Le Cellier, on of our Epcot favorites. Those times would allow you to step out to watch the show between your entree and desset or you appetizer and entree. The servers are always happy to accommodate that, just let them know that you’d like to do that.
