It's Illuminations at Epcot and the show doesn't end until about 9:20. You would then have to make your way out of Epcot and even at the beginning of World Showcase, it's still a bit of a walk to the gates, out of the gates and then up to the monorail over to the TTC. After that trip, you would need to transfer to another monorail over to the Magic Kingdom or take the ferry boat. You COULD make it through the turnstiles at Magic Kingdom just at 10 PM but that would require a lot of good things with transportation, or missing the end of Illuminations, or (not advisable) watching Illuminations just for the top parts from outside Epcot's gates, or missing the beginning of Wishes or watching Wishes from outside of Magic Kingdom.
Probably not, but if I were going to try it I'd watch Illuminations right near the International Gateway exit. Once done, I'd hustle out that back gate to the Beach Club resort bus stop and hope that an MK bus was waiting for me. That bus will take you to the MK instead of the TTC.
It is "IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth" and is just under 13 minutes long. That would leave them 47 minutes to get to Magic Kingdom for the first firework of Wishes. Certainly possible to do if you get lucky with transportation, but there are no guarantees.
If you want to try, the quickest way would be to watch by the International Gateway, and then walk to the Beach Club. If a MK bus doesn't show up immediately, grab a taxi to the Contemporary and walk fast to MK.
