Epcot questions

My original plan was to have the ceremony at the wedding pavilion, the reception at Whitehall and a DP at Sago Cay Pointe. But Dh prefer the fireworks at Epcot based on the pictures he has seen on here. He now also is thinking about doing the reception in Living Seas Salon.

So my question is this , Where do they buses let guest off in order to attend these events? How far from Living seas ?
Our choices for the Dp are Italy Isola, Isola West or Morrocco. How far are these places from the bus drop off point?
I need to know because my grandmother cannot do a lot of walking and I will like for it to be comfortable for her to attend.

Not sure where the drop off is for The Living Seas but our wedding ceremony was in Epcot in Italy and the drop off was near the American Pavillion.

Our DP was in Epcot in the UK and we had everyone just walk in with a Disney guide. Everyone met in the front of Epcot and walked in - I had requested a wheelchair for the day for my father in law. He was in the limo in the morning so they kept it in the trunk of the limo. In the evening as we were not using private transportation, I requested a wheelchair to be at the front of Epcot where everyone was meeting and there was one there waiting for our group.

Talk with your wedding coordinator and I am sure she will be able to have a wheelchair accessable for you. I do not believe there was an extra charge for this either.

The drop off for the LSS is right backstage behind the bldg, it is a very very short walk. If your grandmother is able to walk - she will be fine.

I am not totally sure about the DPs but my understanding was that guests would just walk through the park to get there, it is a much longer walk. Would your grandmother be willing to ride in a wheelchair?

If you hire transportation for a DP in Epcot, the bus will drop off at the closest backstage gate to your destination.

For Morocco, the gate is actually right next to Morocco, on the Japan side. For Italy, they will use the gate between American Adventure and Italy—it's not far!
