Epcot or HS counter service breakfast? Help

Looking for counter service b-fast at HS and Epcot.

DH and I split a breakfast at the ABC Commissary last year and it was pretty good. We shared an adult breakfast platter, and there was plenty for both of us.

In Epcot you have to go to the land and eat at Sunshine Seasons,that is our favorite CS in the World! We love it there.
