EPCOT on NYE - Latest Time to Get There??

Yes, we are crazy to go to EPCOT on NYE. That said, we would like to go later in the morning. With the typical max crowds on hand, does anyone know what time we need to be inside the gate before the park reaches max capacity?

We arrived last NYE at Epcot late afternoon/early evening. (Probably around normal dinner time.)
Epcot soon closed entry after we entered -- probably within an hour easily.
We stood by the Odyssey building, near the restrooms for Illuminations. It was not near as crowded as by the water, and we could see fine. Not 100%, but good enough.
