EpCot late night hrs - countries still close at 9pm?

After 9pm is it only a few select rides in FW and the boat rides in the countries that remain open? Do they rope off the other countries? Can we only get to Mexico & Norway from the Intl Gateway entrance by going around vs going in front of all the countries?

If you scroll down to the evening dining, you will see many are open. http://allearsnet.com/tp/emhour.htm#ev I would think the country shops are also open.

They don't rope off the countries (in my experience), but all the shops and attractions in the countries are closed (except for the two rides in Norway and Mexico)and most of the food kiosks are closed, and the entertainment schedule (which is a major part of Epcot for DH & I--seeing Off Kilter, The British Invasion, Mo' Rockin', etc.) does NOT continue into the Ertra Magic Hours. We found nighttime EMH to be pretty dull at Epcot.
