Can someone help me figure the best way to get to the international gateway at EPCOT from the All Star resorts? We have never used this entrance before and while I have a general idea where it is, I'm not sure what is the best way to get there to do rope drop for Remy's.

It might not be all that easy / quick. Could get to Beach Club and then take an about 10 minute walk. Or, take a bus to Hollywood Studios and from there you can take either the boat or the Skyliner to International Gateway.

Your options have pretty much already been mentioned. Take a bus to HS then walk/boat/sky liner to Epcot. Take an Uber/Lyft/Mini Van to BC/YC/BW then walk. You would need to plan to get there really early since the guests at YC/BC/BW/Swan-Dolphin can just walk over there and start lining up pretty early. The guests from the sky liner resorts also tend to get there early so the lines can be pretty long early.

Just a heads up it’s possible rideshare will be turned away from Disney resorts unless you have a dining reservation. Minnie van is always allowed, but pricey. Also, there will already be a line at 7:00. Not sure if boats will get you from HS early enough. Once, when I stayed at beach club, the boats started from Epcot just before HS early entry and I got in after start of early entry. I suspect that was not a typical experience, but be aware. Best bet may be to Uber to Sean or Dolphin and walk.

Bus to Hollywood Studios and walking to the international gateway would probably be the fastest, unless you're a slow walker. You can also take the Skyliner.

Agree with @loves to dive, ride share to Beach Club and walk to International Gateway would be the fastest option.

But if you are looking for free transportation:

***HEADS UP *** you cannot go straight from HS to Epcot via the Skyiner. You have to transfer at Caribbean Beach. It isn't bad but it is more time effective to walk or take the Friendship Boats.

Fastest free transport would be to walk from HS to Epcot Int'l Gateway if no mobility issues. (it is a walk, but not bad if it the heat isn't excessive)
Second, Friendship Boats.
Third, Skyliner.
