Epcot International Gateway Guest Services?

Is there guest services at Epcot's International Gateway entrance that can Handel DAS requests? I'm staying at an Epcot resort (Boardwalk) and plan to go to Epcot first.

There is Guest Relations at the International Gateway. However, whether they are issuing DAS at that location seems to vary depending on availability of the iPad and printer equipment. You may need to go to the main Guest Relations location at EPCOT.

When we went in November, I had no issues with getting it there. Super simple and easy.

It's worth trying there, but the wait can sometimes be long there.
I needed to get my new annual pass activated there in November.

Since I needed the pass to get in, I had no choice but to wait there. Because the people at the windows before me had complicated issues, it took more than 20 minutes before it was my turn - and there was only one person ahead of me.
I felt bad for the people behind me because it took quite a while uo solve my issue.
