The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival – Garden Rocks Dining Package is confusing me. Are they available to purchase yet? I see on the website that it says not yet released, but I am allowed to click on a link where it says there are no spots left. Have they released ressie options for this yet? We need a ressie for MArch 10.
