Epcot International Entrance

We are staying at BWV. On our last 2 visits there, we had 2 different starting points. One visit, they let us all the way up where the other guests are for RD- we were just away from them.

The other visits, the kepts us way back by the hill- quite a hike to get to Soarin.

Where has it been lately?

In August and December, we were allowed up to the other side of the fountain. We were facing those who had entered through the front of Epcot. It was a pretty level playing field.

We were also allowed to the fountain at rope drop. It wasn't a level playing field when we were there - we walked up very leisurely right before rope drop, and got a place right behind the rope. If we had walked up at the same time from the other entrance, we would've been behind alot of other people! We were so close at rope drop that we were on the first ride of the day on Soarin. I'm sure lot of other people on the other side of the rope were there much earlier than us, and didn't make the first ride. But hey - it's a nice perk of staying at an EPCOT resort and I'm not complaining!

That is great to hear! We have done both. When they let us up by the fountains, we were the first to see the characters and we got our pics with all the Fab 5 together!

Hearing how busy it is, I will be glad to get there to do FP's without coughing up a lung trying to get there from IG!
