Epcot FP strategy

Hopefully I am posting this in the right place. I need a little bit of advice.

I will be in Epcot on Nov. 17. We have FP+ for FEA at 4:05. My initial plan was to RD EMH at 8:00 and do Soarin' and TT first thing.

Now I'm wondering if it would be better to RD and head to Norway for Frozen, then cancel the FP+ to make another one for Soarin later?

We are staying at BW, so we will be entering through the international gateway, if that makes any difference as to which ride we could get to quicker.

Frozen FP's are really hard to come by. I'd keep the one you have. I don't know about your group, but what we've done is standby Soarin' first, then single rider Test Track. You're only separated for the duration of the ride...about 5 minutes.

Thanks for replying!

I don't think we can split up, it's me, my husband and our two boys. They're 2 and 4. Right now our plan is to take turns riding with DS1 since DS2 is not big enough. I wouldn't want DS1 separated from me.

If we do RD and FEA first, I would cancel the 4:05 FP and try to get one for Soarin instead, unless we really wanted to ride it twice.

Yikes, I thought I read it's best to do TT THEN Soarin. I am going between Christmas and New Years so I need to do
exactly what is best since the parks will all be 10s.

Thanks.

Could be...its hard to predict this year since there's a new major attraction that's been added to the tier in Frozen and Soarin' has upped the capacity by adding the third concourse. Of course, Soarin' also has a new movie that many want to check out. It's hard to predict exactly what the best strategy might be...pay attention to how the Thanksgiving crowds handle it, since that should be a busy weekend.

Thank you. That is a great idea to watch Thanksgiving. Right now, I think TT will be first and then Soarin for us.

I would keep the FEA FP+ unless you don't want to ride it at all. It's a long line, even at the "best" times (we entered towards the end of the evening, rode while Illuminations was going on, similar to RD). It's also a really awful, boring line. Just snakes inside a round area for most of the time. All you see is people waiting, until you get to Oaken's (best part of the whole thing). The ride itself is short and underwhelming. Definitely not worth the 30 minutes we waited for it. And this is one FP+ you won't be able to get back if you drop it.
