Epcot for a Day need Romantic Ideas.

Hi all, my boyfriend is taking me to Epcot on St.Patricks day this year. It will be our first time at the park together and between us, it's our favorite park.
He is insisting on paying for it all which makes me feel awkward, and well.. a little spoiled. I've been trying to figure out something that I can do for him that will be romantic and special. (he always says just being there with me is all he wants, but I want to do something more!)

Does anyone have any ideas? I know it's kind of short notice. But i've never been this happy before in my life and I know I want to make the trip special for him and I..so when we look back in the future its not just "oh remember the time when you got me this.."

Now I am not sure if you want the romantic activity to occur in Epcot or not, but I can give you a couple of ideas outside of the park.

First treat him to a massage at one of the spas; they do have couples packages.

Another idea it treat him to a ride in a horse drawn carriage. I think you can do that over at Saratoga Springs, and at Fort Wilderness.

Take him drinking around the countries! Not much of a treat but fun for both of you!
Could book up a Segway tour!? We did it in September and really loved it.

How about booking a reservation at a nice resturant and then adding a cake or some kind of special surprise or treat to it? Or, if your staying on-site, disney floral can do an in-room celebration that you can set up, even if the reservation is in his name. This can include flowers, chocolates, beer. They have a website with a lot of options.

Horse drawn carriage!!!! That is an awesome idea. And hey, u can always write a small poem for him and read it to him when you guys are taking that ride.
