So which # got the shorter wait times ( for next time) - I think I made a mistake trusting the Chase email thinking I should use that # - but that was general resort! so extra menu...
 
I got connected right away and what I want is STILL not loaded into the system. No surprise, nothing changes! She has me on hold, but I have a feeling it's not going to work this morning.
 
How did you all get an email from Chase? I have a Disney Visa and I never get emails from them.
 

Called right at 7, got right through, no automatic system to get through, straight to a live person. She booked us for the Parisian Breakfast and I'm already done! Is this a Disney record?

I think it has to be! I got thru at straight up 7 and was told 35 min wait.

How did you all get an email from Chase? I have a Disney Visa and I never get emails from them.
The emails I receive come from Disney Rewards. The two things I suggest are to make sure you are signed up under your online account to receive special offers and check your spam/junk folder in case they got filtered out.
 
Got through at 7:01 but my agent says Burger Bash isn't loaded and that you can't book the brunches until the 30th. I am currently on hold after trying to explain Chase early booking to her. Sigh...
 
Called exactly at 7am on my cell phone and was told 9 minutes, it has now been 16 minutes. Called on my work number also and was told 79 minutes. I will leave both on and see which one is first.
 
Call went right thru and got told the sampler isn't loaded yet. Try back at 9am.

every year it seems like an IT disaster with certain agents being able to book and others not. Two years ago both my husband and I got through at the same moment: my agent had no idea what I was talking about, couldn't find the events, etc but his agent had everything booked and done before mine found the first event.

I'd think they would have a vested interest in getting their collective acts together for F&W but apparently not.

My lucky day! Called the FEST number and got through with no automated system and was talking to a live person right away. PFTS was not in the system right off the bat so she went out of the system and back in again to see if it loaded. It was there and we got the Wine View Lounge for 6 people. Went to MDE and didn't see the reservation so I added the confirmation and it is linked.

The email from chase would suggest otherwise plus it goes through to the regular dining line. I'll be hella mad if the Chase line is the wrong number for booking the special events.
 
called WDW-DINE on another cell phone. Wait time is now over 2.5 hours!
 
Got right in at 7:00 AM with no waiting. I spoke to 2 agents. One transferred me to her supervisor. The 2 things I wanted to book are reportedly not yet loaded into the system. They said there must be "some type of technical problem":sad2:. They don't know when they will be loaded but are hoping some time later today. The supervisor took my phone number and said she would call me back. :crazy: It sounded like there were a lot of things not yet loaded. I'm trying to book the Sampler and possibly the Premium Package. I have a feeling I won't hear back. Tried calling again but the wait time is 2 1/2 hours and I need to leave for work in an hour.

BTW......Both agents understood these requests were for the Disney Visa advanced booking, so that is not the issue. They simply do not have access to the events. They are trying to find out from IT why they aren't available in their system.

So disappointing!
 
We dialed two phones at the same time - DD went straight to a cast member with no wait. She said we were her first call of the day and seemed knowledgeable. She said "we weren't sure if the events would be loaded for 0700 or 0900." We were able to book all our events! Hibachi Experience, Tokyo Pairing, Parisian Afternoon, Parisian Breakfast and Italian Regional.
