The phone I set for Disney dining worked. The other got me lost in the maze that is the disaster of the voice prompt system.

The one that work tells me I am on hold then 90 minutes... And I got through at just after 7....

Much appreciated if folks could post what ends up happening with the Parisian events. I'm curious what Saturdays they'll be offering the Parisian Afternoon event ... and even what name the afternoon event will go by in the reservation system?

Yep, same here. I kept pushing "0" hoping it would transfer over to the main cue.

Mine originally said 30 minutes and then a new message came on with 90 minutes. Finally got the 2nd phone to work too (I have learned that Disney's phone system has a black hole so I use two phones) Second phone has not given me a time, but at least the music is coordinated. I have one ear piece in each ear LOL!

we got in right at 7:00 and the wait time is 60 minutes. Is there only 1 person working? You would think they would plan ahead and have plenty of people available to take the calls.

Called right at 7, got right through, no automatic system to get through, straight to a live person. She booked us for the Parisian Breakfast and I'm already done! Is this a Disney record?

I should have used the festival number. The number on the Chase web site put me through the full menu. 60+ minute wait by the time I navigated through it.
