Can you see illuminations from Boardwalk or any of the Yacht and Beach Clubs?

Yes,but only the 'high fireworks".

And you can DEFINITELY hear them!

You'll see some of the high fireworks, but you won't see the show itself. The globe, fire, water and laser effects are only visible inside Epcot.

Illuminations is not a fireworks show like Wishes. There are only a few minutes of fireworks at the beginning and end of the show, the bulk of the show is the video globe and other effects that take place on the World Showcase lagoon in the park.
