Epcot EMH @ WS

Mid Oct we are spending 2 fulls days at Epcot. Planned on starting at FW on the Early EMH day and spend our 2nd day on the late EMH at WS since it seems like there is more to see there. What is open during the Late EMH At WS? I already know about FW but since there are no rides at WS does this mean the Pavilions are open till closing? The F&W Festival is this time and we would love to visit the Kiosks and taste some of their c uisine.

The pavilions are all open, plus Maelstrom and El Rio de Tempo (the rides in Norway and Mexico). Many of the pavilions have movies, and the running times are listed. If they run through EMH, they'll be noted on the EMH handout you get when you get your wristband.

I've found that evening EMH at EPCOT seems to go awfully quickly! The last time we were there, we waited for the Illumination crowd to empty, then did the following:

Rode test track as single riders
Rode Maelstrom (still had about a 10 minute wait)
walked from Norway around past Canada, not stopping for anything, just walking
Went to Soarin where we waited about 25 minutes
Left the park at 11:30

So we didn't really do a lot of anything, and still were there 2 1/2 hours.

Do you mean that all countries are open during late EMH or just the FW Pavillions?
