Epcot EMH Evening

What would be reasonable expectations for getting accomplished during EMH Evening at Epcot on a lower crowd day (touringplans has a 2). 9-11PM?

Main goal is to get as many rides on TT and Soarin' as possible. Would like one ride on FEA.
