Thought I would share our experience at EPCOT this past Friday on what we thought would be an unbelievably crowded day. We picked up some delicious goodies at the Boardwalk Bakery, including the awesome chocolate croissants. The wait at the bakery at 8:30 am was about 5 minutes, at most. We waited at the International Gateway with about 40 people in front of us waiting to open the park. They opened at 9:00 on the nose and security check went quickly. We walked at a good clip to Test Track which had a 45 minute wait (Ouch!, Maybe the parks would be a mess today, but they weren't). We got a fast pass for 10:40 am and headed to UOE. DD7 and DD12 freaked over the idea of Dinosaurs so we had to walk out during the intro movie. Not a great start, and DD7 was resisting the idea of returning for TT. So on to The Land, which was an OK attraction, not too exciting but I guess it's not really supposed to be. From there, we went to see Food Rocks but it was down due to technical difficulties, so they said. I tought that only happened on TT. From there we went on the "Figment" ride at the imagination pavillion (sorry, I forgot the exact name). The ride was kinda cute with a surprise ending that will definately wake you up! After the ride we morphed some pictures of the kids into cats and chimps, which we emailed home. TO BE CONTINUED IN PART 2
