EPCOT Counter Service Dining Plan question

One of the things I love to do for a counter service meal at EPCOT is to graze from one country to the next...a sandwich from the French bakery, dessert from Norway, etc. I think that with the Dining Plan, I'd need to purchase entree, dessert and beverage all at the same place...is that right?

correct. Because it is considered one coupon you would have to essentially "redeem" it all through the same register transaction.
