Which characters meet here? We are doing the garden grill for dinner that night but are searching for Goofy.....any chance we could find him here? Thanks. Anywhere else to find goofy at epcot?

We scheduled one of our FP+ here last October and saw Mickey, Minnie and Goofy! Our favorite shot with Goofy did not show up on our PhotoPass pics, so always take a back up shot with your phone/camera if you can! Loved this character interaction!

In October the situation was different...I don't believe tiers were in effect. That said, I would not use a lone Tier 1 FP on this attraction. It is currently the worst FP choice at Epcot in my opinion.

I think it was Mickey, Minnie & Pluto when my son went but back to Mickey, Minnie, Goofy later that day when I took my daughter.

While I didn't specifically think it was the worst use of a Tier 1 - it could well be - I would agree that it's not something I'd sacrifice my one headliner attraction for. Character Spot is one meet and greet where I am willing to wait a bit longer than usual because I feel that getting 5 characters in one session is a pretty good outcome for standing in line once, even if that is longer that we would ordinarily wait. I wonder how the standby wait times have been affected by having FP+ as an option for this now

Oh instantly! Which characters did they take away from CS? I'm clearly out of touch! I'm assuming one is Goofy, going by the OP's question.

Agree - the new tiered system changes so much. We were not affected by it in October.

This is the one spot for Goofy at Epcot. And it's the best place to meet him in WDW, in my opinion: the classic outfit, indoors, plus you can get a really short line if you time it right.

If the park's still open after your dinner but it's past 7 PM, that would be a great time to get in line. Most of the surrounding attractions are closed and Illuminations is playing soon, so most of the crowd will be in World Showcase.

When I went, it was so quiet there at that time that CMs were outside inviting people to get in line. I went and Goofy had time to give me a waltzing lesson. It was awesome.

When I was there in early February this year, I went by late one afternoon and there was NO line (standby). I met Mickey, Goofy & Minnie - Minnie Mouse got totally excited over my Imagination Movers t-shirt, pointing and clapping and doing a little Movers-esque dance. She is my BFF now.

Donald and Pluto were removed. The new location is less visible, and it has twice the capacity. Equals FastPass Fail.

I'm glad to know that. I thought I was crazy in October, thinking there were more characters than the three I saw. I thought at the time that the FP+ just limited me to 3 and not the full experience.

I agree with Mesa. This is such an unnecessary FP+ item and certainly wouldn't waste a Tier 1 on this. The wait is rarely over 20 minutes and usually walk in, especially earlier or later in the day.

Thanks for that Kenny. I didn't know the wait times were generally so low. Had no intentions of burning a precious Tier 1 FP here, but good to know I'd over estimated the wait times. We have always hit this first thing or during evening EMH so never paid much attention to wait times.

We walked right in durning early/mid December. Don't waste your tier one FP on it.

We went in mid June last year and walked right in with maybe a 10 minute wait. It was early afternoon. We say Minnie, Mickey, Pluto, goofy. Good luck
