Epcot Breakfast Policy?

With 11 am opening, I'm assuming early entry is allowed for Garden Grill Breakfast? For an 8 am reservation, after you eat, can you hang out till opening or do you have to exit the park and reenter with the other guests at 11?

At this time, Garden Grill isn't open for breakfast....the website shows they open at 11:30am for lunch:

In pre-covid days, they had an excellent breakfast! I hope it's open for your trip!

I really don't understand why, with all the other parks expanding hours, that Epcot doesn't open earlier. I miss my breakfast at the French Bakery!

If and when they reopen for breakfast at GG, Akershus, as well as the QS places, I'm sure the hours will be expanded as well. Not expecting it in July but hopeful for December.
