EPCOT arts festival food question

is all the available food around the world showcase in those special pop up shacks or do we need to look somewhere else or make some kind or reservation?? I’m assuming we can just walk around and pay to sample different things correct??

Correct,just like at Flower & Garden and Food & Wine.

As stated by pp, it is just like a quick-service kiosk, you just line up and order a la carte from the menu. No pre-planning required.

There are HOWEVER special experiences, classes, parties, etc. that are offered during Food & Wine and Flower & Garden in particular, those can be booked just like an ADR via the WDW website..
